Job Description :
Manage FO Operation team for Fiberization
Coordination with customer
Monitoring and control vendor operation and trouble ticket activity
Maintain SLA and KPI
Responsible for the overall supervision and training of the staff members to
provide the necessary guidance.
Coordinates the field activities so that daily, short term, and long term production
objectives can be achieved and also closely monitors the progress of the work.
Equipment is necessary for effective field operation and assists in its procurement
and makes sure that it is as per the given specifications.
Develop and implement policies for maximizing operational efficiency and
profitability
Address and resolve all issues concerning field office operations
Monitor key metrics and develop action plans for improving company profits
Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business
growth
Motivate and reward high performing employees by recommending salary
increase, bonuses or promotions
Oversee the preparation, allocation and management of operations budget to
ensure target achievement

design, deployment, and optimization of wireless telecommunications networks.
Managing the design phase will include overseeing pre-deployment equipment
analysis, technology assessment, radio network planning, and interference
analysis, demand planning, test and measurement of the equipment, and
interfacing with the market development team.
In the optimization stage, supervise optimal network performance, KPI and
network statistics analysis, and parameter optimization.
The individual will typically oversee and guide the work of RF and optimization
Engineers, in charge of managing the day to day operations of the projects, and
interface with Project Managers.
The Optimization Engineer (GSM/UMTS/LTE) will answer technical questions as
well as day to day operational questions.
