AGREEMENT BETWEEN BROKER AND AGENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made this ______ day of _________________, 2024, by and between
NOEMI L. LOLARGA ("Broker"), Block 6 Lot 7 Ph4 Monteverde Homes GMA Cavite and
____________________________(hereinafter "Agent").______________________________
________________________

1. ENGAGEMENT: The Broker engages the Agent and the Agent agrees to work under the
Broker as an independent contractor for the purpose of selling, buying, and managing real estate
properties.
2. DUTIES OF AGENT: The Agent will use their best efforts to sell, buy, and manage real estate
properties on behalf of the Broker. The Agent will comply with all real estate laws, follow ethical
and professional standards, and carry out their duties in the best interest of the Broker.
3. COMMISSION: The Broker agrees to pay the Agent a commission on each transaction
completed by the Agent. The commission will be ______% of the selling price of each property,
paid upon the closing of each sale.
4. TERM AND TERMINATION: This Agreement shall begin on _______________, 2024, and
shall continue until _______________, 2025, unless earlier terminated by either party with
written notice.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY: The Agent agrees to keep all information concerning the Broker's
business, clients, and properties confidential during and after the term of this Agreement.
6. INDEMNIFICATION: The Agent will indemnify and hold the Broker harmless against any
claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Agent's actions.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Broker and the Agent have executed this Agreement as of the date
first above written.
