Construct and install dropped ceiling in living area and bedrooms Will observe appropriate clearance for
sprinklers and smoke detectors as prescribed by
admin
PAINTING WORKS
Painting of ceiling and retouching of several areas as needed
Repaint all walls
CARPENTRY WORKS
Living Area / Kitchen Area
Re-laminate existing kitchen upper cabinets ***Note for all fitouts:
Install T5 underlighting on kitchen upper cabinets ALL fabrication to be done off-site; for delivery
and install; Will observe no drilling/chipping on
structural component walls; will likewise
observe appropriate sprinkler clearance as
prescribed by admin if applicable
Install kitchen backsplash
Master’s Bedroom
Deliver and install dresser desk console
Relaminate WIC

Bathroom
Design, fabricate and install mirrored medicine cabinet
Install glass enclosure
2nd Bedroom
Deliver and install closet module (laminated wood)
ELECTRICAL WORKS
Install 3-5watt pinlights on all ceilings (see RCP)
Install pendant/drop light in dining area
