• Aguinaldo: 30 days
• Food Vouchers: 10% or $ 3,300.53 MXN per month.
- Telework Allowance: For remote employees’ monthly allowance of $800 MXN and an
ergonomic chair will be provided by the company with all the specifications required by NOM
037, or onetime payment of $3,000 MXN for ergonomic chair purchasing*. *The onetime payment of
$3,000 MXN will only be given if the conditions or specification of each case requires it. This will be discussed by local

• Disability Subsidy: When in short-term disability (15 days) for general disease, Social Security
Institute pays from the fourth day 60% of salary, for this reason Luxoft will pay 100% of salary of
the first 3 days the social security institute does not cover and 40% from day 4 till 15.
