2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that the above
cited memorandum was posted at RCEU9 Viber Group Chat and Messenger Chat
Groups for the information and guidance of all personnel as part of immediate action
taken by this Unit. Likewise, properly dessiminated to all available personnel during
the conduct of Weekly PICE by the Undersigned on February 20, 2023 at about
8:30am .
