“A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MS. NIKKI S. GONZALES, TREASURER, TO FILE AN

ADVERSE CLAIM AT THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS (ROD), GENERAL SANTOS CITY”

WHEREAS, Brighter Homes Gensan Community Association Inc. is duly

registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with Company Reg. No.:
2022110075813-04 and has an office address at Ur Box, Zapote Street corner
Sampaguita Street, Barangay Dadiangas East, General Santos City;

WHEREAS, Brighter Homes Gensan Community Association Inc. is filing a case

for Specific Performance against BRIGHTON COURT HOLDING CORPORATION AND/OR
JOSE CO MARISTELLA, JR., JOSE O. MARISTELLA III, and JOLAISA EDEN SALON, but
due to collection of the total amount of filing/docket fee, pending of case is on hold;

WHEREAS, pending the filing of the case, Brighter Homes Gensan Community
Association Inc. agree to file an adverse claim with the Registry of Deeds of General
Santos City;

WHEREAS, the three (3) parcels of land included in the said case are Katibayan
ng Orihinal na Titulo (Original Certificate of Title) Blg. P-6077, Transfer Certificate of Ti-
tle No. T-87906, and Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-87907;

WHEREAS, Brighter Homes Gensan Community Association Inc. authorize its

Treasurer, NIKKI S. GONZALES to cause and sign the preparation and filing of the
AFFIDAVIT FOR ADVERSE CLAIM and such other papers or documents as may be
needed, on behalf of the Association;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that MS.

NIKKI S. GONZALES TREASURER, is authorized to represent the association in filing
the adverse claim on behalf of Brighter Homes Gensan Community Association Inc. for
the parcels of land covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo (Original Certificate of
Title) Blg. P-6077, Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-87906, and Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-87907.

Approved by the Board of Directors during its regular meeting held at UR Box,
Zapote Street Corner Sampaguita Street, Barangay Dadiangas East, General Santos City
on December 7, 2022 at (time);
