MOTION TO WITHRAW OPPOSITION

COMES NOW, Respondents through undersigned counsel, unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully avers that:
1. On ________________, a Petition for Cancellation of Adverse Claim was filed
against Respondents in relation to an Adverse Claim annotated on TCT
No _______________. An opposition was then submitted on ________________ by
the Respondents.

2. After due consideration, Respondent now agreed to withdraw the

opposition to the petition and voluntarily cancel the adverse claim. Copy
of the Affidavit of Cancellation of Adverse Claim is herein attached as
Annex “A”.

3. Hence, Respondent moves to withdraw his opposition against

Petitioners.

4. The said filing of the opposition and its withdrawal does not intend to
delay the proceeding nor ill intention in withdrawing the action but
solely on the grounds provided above.

COMES NOW, Petitioner through undersigned counsel, unto this
Honorable Office, most respectfully avers that;

the registered owner spouses Rainer S. Franco and Melchora A. Franco in
Transfer Certificate of Title no. 056-2019006661 of the Registry of Deeds
for Tanauan City, Batangas was filed by the herein Petion

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, on the grounds afore-cited, it is respectfully moved

and prayed of this Honorable Court that the instant action be ordered
withdrawn.
 Relief and other remedies the Honorable Court shall find as just
are likewise prayed for.
