INTRODUCTION

The Sales Media BR asked me to write the report because the technical teams don’t
speak English at all, though the sales team members are fluent. This report looks at
the reasons why our technical teams can’t speak English and offers
recommendations
FINDINGS
The first issue is that nobody in our team speaks Portuguese, Portuguese is the
main language of Brazil and if we can communicate in Brazilian, we can show
respect to our partners and be more sympathetic.
Secondly, only 70% percent of your overseas sales staff are fluent in English. 30%
of overseas sales staff cannot speak English, which is a big problem. This is a
mistake of the human resources department when accepting employees without
foreign language skills for a position that often has to communicate with
foreigners.
Finally, we only have three months left to change and fix the existing problems.
This is a very short period, requiring us to come up with a reasonable, quick, and
effective strategy
RECOMMENDATIONS
It is therefore recommended that the company should allocate resources
appropriately, using employees with experience in sales and English
communication skills to replace positions that directly meet and work with
partners.
At the same time, we also need to recruit more qualified and experienced sales
staff to save time, especially Brazilian staff.
After this contract, the company should review recruitment and employee training
to be able to reach partners around the world and develop in a sustainable and
long-term manner.
