Capacity~1200MT/ annum, 6) Taping & Copper Winding - We manufacture Toroidal Cores with Copper Winding for CT's upto and outer diameter of 1000 mm (V&C) double fone. Our manufacturing range includes motor class CT, Protection class CT & PS / PX class CT. The CT's are tested fon Automatic CT test system (eltel Make). The following tests are preformed on CT's: Accuracy test, knee point voltage inter turn test, resistance measurement test, composite error test, HVtest. Vikarsh Stampings offers the complete range of CRGO Slit Coils in sizes ranging from 10 mm upwards and thickness. ranging from 0.23 mm to 0.35 mm in various Conventional and HI-B & Domain Refined grades. These are slitted on an ‘automated CNC machine to attain minimum burr on the slitting edges of the coils. We also manufacturing CRNGO Slit Coils from 10 mm width and thickness is from 0.35 to 0.65 mmthicker per customer requirement. We manufacture these products in line with the quality slandards and norms, per IEC 60404-8-7. Capacity ~3000 MT/ annum. 7) CRGO Unicores Wound / Unicores are manufactured for single and three phase transformers as per customer specification. Salient Features: 1. Customised Design 2. OUR PRODUCTS 8) CRGO Cut-Core Cut cores are ideally suited where weight or dimensional requirements are critical and have to be reduced. The cores are wound from Grain Oriented Silicon Steel Strip and are annealed in furnace under inert atmosphere. The impregnation is done in vacuum impregnating equipment low-stress and high-viscosity resin is being used. Fine polishing process of cutting surface ensures very good performance of the cores, having low core loss and high saturation, We also manufacture 'non standard’ cores as percustomer specifications. 9) Transformer Reactor Core We manufacture shunt reactors. Itis used in large reactor transformers. We offer shunt reactor in built form / full column as per customers specifications. Also we can supply cakes as per customer specifications.
