“BAC RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE PROCUREMENT OF

PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES USED FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAINTING OF
KALAHI CYCLE 1 MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING/HEALTH STATION AT BINGAY,
BORBON, CEBU WITH AN ACTUAL COST OF TELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED TWENTY (₱11,520.00) PESOS BE DONE THROUGH SMALL VALUE
MODE OF PROCUREMENT”.

 WHEREAS, the purchase request for the materials used for the supplies used for maintenance
and repainting od KALAHI CYCLE 1 Multipurpose Building/Health Station was presented for
small value mode of procurement;

WHEREAS, the estimated cost of supplies used for maintenance and repainting of KALAHI CYCLE1
Multipurpose Building/Health Station are included in the annual procurement plan Gen.Fund that this
body is assembly acted accordingly;

WHEREAS, the amount involved in the purchase request was with three hold covered with the small
value mode of procurement;

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of Hon.Edito M. Brian and seconded by Hon.Noel B. Montejo, be it

resolved bt the BIDS and AWARD Committee to recommend actual amount of Ten Thousand Four
Hundred Seventy ( ₱10,470.00) Pesos be done through small value mode of procurement;

RESOLVED at Barangay Bingay, Borbon, Cebu this 22nd of March, 2024.
