We will show you how to make tempeh nugget, we choose this food because it is easy to make and
good for snacks.

Tempeh Nugget

Ingredients

1. 5 packs of tempeh
2. ¼ kg of flour
3. 2 egg
4. One bunch of leek
5. 1 banana leaf
6. ¼ kg of oil
7. 1 block of cheese
8. 1 sachet of chicken stock powder
9. 1 garlic
10. ¼ kg of bread crumbs

1. Basin
2. Knife
3. Pan
4. Strainer
5. Spatula
6. Mortar and Pestle
7. Cutting Board
8. Boiler
9. Spoon

Instructions

1. Steam the tempeh until soft (5 minute), lift it up, and then pound it.
2. After you pound the tempeh mix it with the spice.
3. Chop the leek and mix it with the tempeh dough.
 4. And then put the dough in to the rectangle iron container.
5. Steam it again for 25 minute, after that lift it up and let it cool.
6. Cut the dough and then dip it into egg, flour and bread crumb.
7. Heat the pan and then fry the nugget until golden brown
8. Tempeh nugget is ready to be served
