Assalammualaikum W.B.T. and Alhamdulillah, we would like to begin by thanking


Allah SWT, the Most Gracious and Merciful, for bestowing His blessings and
guidance on us as we finish this social media portfolio. We worked extremely hard
and carefully to prepare this report, and we did our best to include all the necessary
material and detail for the Principle of Entrepreneurship or ENT530. Not to mention,
we would want to express our heartfelt appreciation to our beloved professor,
Madam Noor Anilizawatima Binti Sulong, and Sir Roslan Bin Nordin, who aided us
with this effort. We all admire both of our lecturers because of their generosity,
tolerance, and support toward us, and we are grateful to them for everything.

Finally, we wanted to thank our parents for their prayers and support by sharing our
company sites. Sincerely, without their encouragement, we could not have
completed the paper. Not to add, we much appreciate the support we received from
our classmates and friends in completing this report. We are pleased that we both
made the deadline for finishing this task. We anticipate that our instructor will

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Kerepek Debom seeks to create a great customer experience, a commitment to


quality, and community involvement while also satisfying customers with its chips.
Kerepek Debom is a partnership firm established with the Malaysian Companies
Commission. Kerepek Debom is situated in Puncak Alam, Selangor, and offers food
retail services via an internet platform. Our consumers may easily search and obtain
many sorts of chips to enjoy at leisure. The assignment is incomplete without
delectable and delicious tapioca chips. As a result, we are motivated to present our
customers with unique chips to thank them for doing business with us. According to
our market study, most Malaysians, particularly students, enjoy eating chips as a
late-night snack. Kerepek Debom differs from other online merchants in that we
produce the chips and are accessible to help consumers around the clock. That
provides Kerepek Debom consumers’ confidence in purchasing the products we
offer since we frequently assist and explain to them how to acquire these diverse
flavored chips.

Kerepek Debom is a food retailer that sells dry goods. The company is owned by
Muhammad Nur Yusri Bin Mohd Idrus and Muhammad Zhafran Bin Narijan. Debom
Chips focuses on marketing dry food, specifically chips, to its target demographic.
The business's usual operating procedure is direct sales on the online platform, in
which the consumer contacts the vendor via the link supplied by the seller and
continues the negotiating process with the seller on the "WhatsApp" platform.
Kerepek Debom also posts some chip-related trivia on their Facebook page to boost
consumer understanding and traffic engagement. This technique was fruitful, as
Kerepek Debom was able to obtain two (2) inside the time frame specified. Kerepek
Debom is a registered business with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
and falls under the food retail sector.

Kerepek Debom was founded on April 30, 2024, with Muhammad Zhafran Bin
Narijan providing the first concept since he is a chip lover. Kerepek Debom is
situated in Puncak Alam, Selangor. Kerepek Debom was founded with the objective
of being the premier provider of halal and healthy fast food that could be enjoyed by
all levels of customers and society. Kerepek Debom major goal is to guarantee that
our consumers enjoy the crispiness and taste of our chips, as well as to instill
confidence in the quality of the food we give.

To wrap up our portfolio, Kerepek Debom is an organization that focuses in


selling nasi lemak and potato chips with cheese flavor online as well as offline.
Establishing a Facebook page helps significantly in expanding our sphere of
influence, or more especially, "potential customers" who would like to learn more
about our chip line. This makes it easier for us to advertise our company without
breaking the bank. We can reach your target market utilizing the Facebook Page
option to further build your online business and spread the word about our chips,
even if business owners do not have access to the Facebook Ads application.

Furthermore, we may get knowledge and understanding from the ways in


which other companies use Facebook pages to market their goods. We may learn
more about the newest trends and advancements in technology by visiting the
Facebook page. We have improved our understanding and proficiency with Pages
because of this assignment, which will help us draw in more customers. Business
owners may find this challenging, particularly in the past and in the wake of the
epidemic, when all companies are required to improve their technological know-how.
We have been able to keep current and relevant with the support of our Facebook
page. However, Facebook also provides us with a wealth of data regarding our
clients' preferences and interests, including the types of chips they like and the most
popular flavors and more.

However, since Kerepek Debom is still a young firm, we want to use our
Facebook Page to extend our branding throughout Malaysia because it is less
expensive and helps us accomplish our goals. Targeting clients who are frequent
Facebook users helps us improve our marketing approach as well. We've learned a
lot about ethical business practices from this assignment and have made use of all
Facebook's business resources.
