User Manual of Split fiber laser

Part 1: Machine outlook and connection

This is the complete machine photo.

Please Note:Let the black part(marked by red color)
fall naturally, DO NOT bend it, otherwise the fiber
cable inside will get damaged.

1. Machine accessories

Machine comes with Power cable, Foot switch, USB

cable, U-Disk(software and driver),Tools and
rotary(optional)
2. Connection of machine

Plug the USB cable,power cable,foot switch

Part 2: Installation of the software driver

Note: make sure the machine connects with your comupter and
make sure both of them are power on.
1. Plug U-Disk to computer and open it

Click driver folder there is have 32&64 bit driver.

2. Check your computer bit and power on machine.

Right click on the computer and select

properties,you can find the computer bit .
Then click Device Manager
 Liaocheng Haotian Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd
It will show this page,find the USBLMCV2,right click
it select Update Driver software.

Click Browse my computer for driver software

Click Browse
 Liaocheng Haotian Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd

Browse the U-Disk click driver folder and click 32 or

64 bit folder then click OK

Click Next
Click Install then will show successful

Go back Device Manager page,it will show the BJJCZ

Device

Operating machine and software

1. Power on machine find a engraving material
2. Copy software folder to computer any disk

Double click ExCad2

This is software page

Find focal length
 Liaocheng Haotian Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd

Click FI,put it to software center

Select Continue
Click Light F1 make sure marking area in the
material,then click Mark F2,it will always marking .

Screw it up&down until the laser is very strong

(marking light is very white and loud voice).click
stop ,measure the height from material to lens ,its
focal length.

3. Operate software

This FI can input letters and numbers

Change TEXT to any letter then click Apply it will

changed.
It is best put them in the software centre

Filling letters
 Liaocheng Haotian Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd

Can set different Type,Angle,Line Distance

Change speed,power,frequency
 Liaocheng Haotian Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd

Import files

Software can import Vector files such as

PLT,DXF,SVG,AI.Also can import Bitmap files.

Set Bitmaps files

 Liaocheng Haotian Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd

When import Bitmaps to software, needs to set

some parameters, Invert, Dither,Bidirectional scan,
Drill Mode:0.1-0.4.

Part 3: How to use rotary attachment

We can put the rotary in this way

1. Measure the diameter of the material.

2. Clamping material on rotary, make sure the
material is parallel.
3. Draw a line in software put the line in the center of
software, click Light F1, make sure the line in the
center of the material.

4. If marking letters,so click Rotate Test Mark

Set Part Diameter.Click ParamF3,check if set the Step

per rotation,Rotate Axis.
Click Light F1 rotation will move, press ESC on
keyboard to stop Light.Click MarkF2.

5. If marking Vector files,can select SplitMark2.

Then set Split size
