BOMAG compaction equipment can be used for soil, roads and construction of reservoir,
as well as landfill of various scales, asphalt road repair and road stabilizing. In order to
improve operation of road compactors, the Company developed several top-notch
intelligent measuring and management systems to control the process and result for
optimal compaction of target material, providing effective protection for all types of road
surface.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes and procedures for the
manufacturing of Compactors.
2. Monitor and inspect production processes, materials, and finished products to
ensure they meet BOMAG quality standards and specifications.
3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance plan that outlines quality
goals, processes, and metrics.
4. Establish testing and inspection protocols to verify product quality at different stages
of production.
5. Ensure that products adhere to all relevant industry regulations, safety standards,
and certifications (such as ISO standards, local & Global regulations).
6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials and components meet
required quality & coating standards.

7. Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to assess their quality control processes.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance product quality,
reduce defects, and increase overall efficiency.
9. Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or PDCA
10. Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues or defects and implement
corrective and preventive actions to address them.
11. Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, inspection
results, and corrective actions taken.
12. Generate regular quality reports for management review, highlighting key
performance indicators and trends.
13. Work closely with engineering, production, Logistics and design teams to ensure
that quality requirements are integrated into product design and development
processes.
14. Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to product quality and implement
measures to address concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
15. Identify potential quality-related risks in the manufacturing process and develop
strategies to mitigate those risks.
16. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
and certifications and facilitate the renewal of necessary certifications.
17. Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and
performance evaluations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Work experience with SAP (SAP-B1 is preferred with upgradation to HANA-S4
2. Fluency in English language-Verbal & Written is critical. German knowledge is add-on
advantage.
3. Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
4. Should have good exposure to various Quality tools and methodologies like SIX
SIGMA, DMAIC & Warranty cost calculations.
5. Ability to train to manufacturing personnel on factory standards, procedures and best
practices to ensure consistent quality across all production lines
