Dear Ma’am Polea,

This has reference to the concern of our walk-in clients, Mr. Santos
Lajera and Ms. Lydia Lajera, Ms. Marianena Flores, Mr. Waynebryne
Flores, and Ms. Ainafaye Flores, for refund of plane tickets1 booked in
your agency.

The above-mentioned walk-in clients engaged the services of your

travel agency to accomodate them in their pre-planned travel in
various destinations. For some reason, the trip did not come into
fruition and they have asked for a refund for the payment they made
for their tickets.

It is the intention of this letter to ascertain the status of their

claim of refund. A reply-letter addressing this matter will be highly
appreciated.
