Step 1: Application

Required Documents
 Copy of your passport
 Copies of your educational certificates and transcripts
 Copy of your previous UK visa (if applicable)
 Copy of previous CAS (if applicable)
 Recent CV, IELTS/PTE/TOEFL, personal statement, and reference letter (if
available)
 If you have some documents missing such as IELTS copy, certificates, Transcripts etc, still we can
initiate the application. You will get the conditional offer letter.
 After application you will have to arrange all the pending documents that can be mentioned in the
conditional offer letter.
 Prepare yourself for English proficiency (Duolingo, IELTS, University Internal Test etc)
 After initiating the applications, you will have to wait approximately up to 1 month for the getting
offer letter.
 Get the appointment for TB test asap.

Step 2: Offer Letter

If, Conditional Offer Letter:

 If you get the conditional offer that’s mean you will have to fill some of the conditions asked by
the university mentioned in the offer.
 Rather than waiting for conditional offer letter, ask your counselor what type of conditions you are
supposed to get from the university.
 Take preparation to arranging the finical stability for initial payment.
If, Unconditional Offer Letter:
 Pay the initial deposit to the university
 Make sure your Bank is ready with 28 days maturity.
 Prepare of Pre-CAS interview.

 Get CAS from the university
 Bank Statement Calculation
 The fund can be held in students account or parent’s account (Savings or Fix Deposit Account)
 Where the bank account is not in your name, you must provide parents bank statement, original
birth certificate or a notarized copy, together with a written permission from your parent that you
have their permission to use their money for your studies in the UK.
 The fund should be kept for 28 consecutive days.
 The statement can be taken on 29th or 30th day.
 The Visa application should be made within 31 days from the date of statement taken

N.B: During the 28-day period this money cannot drop below the required amount for even 1 day or
you will not meet the Home Office requirements and your application will be refused

You will have to keep the remaining tuition fees after the initial deposit and maintenance fund for 9
months.
Example:
Your tuition fee is £10,000. You have already paid £3000 as initial deposit, now your remaining tuition
fees is £7000.
If you want to go in London campus your maintenance fee for 9 months will £12,006 and outside London
fees will be £9,207.

So, the final Calculation will be:

£7,000+£12,006= 19006 (London)
£7000+£9,207=16,207 (Outside London)

Additional fund needs to keep in the bank if you have spouse or dependent:
In London- £7,605 (Each dependent)
Outside London: £6,120 (Each dependent)
N.B: You will have to convert the amount into PKR. You will have to use https://www1.oanda.com/ for
currency conversion.
***Make sure you are keeping additional 1,00,000 PKR with the fund to avoid the currency
fluctuation risk.

Step 3: Visa Application

 Visa Fee: 76,500 PKR (Depending on currency rate)

Health Insurance: Postgraduate Program-

 12 months Course- 1,50,000 PKR (Depending on currency rate)
 24 months Course- 2,50,000 PKR (Depending on currency rate)
Health Insurance: Undergraduate Program-
 3 Years Course- 3,50,000 PKR (Depending on currency rate)
 4 Years Course- 4,50,000 PKT (Depending on currency rate)

N.B: Insurance per year is £470. You need to pay addition 4 months extra then your course duration
as you will be getting the extra time from UKVI.
