about 43 years, S/o: Dhaniram Nath , Vill- Paniakhat , Jogipara , Darrang
‘Assam - 784146. (Here in after called the "TENANT/ Second Party” ) of
anojher Part.
\Whére as the First Party is the legal and bonafide owner and in peaceful possession of
the house bearing Plot No.-1539, At-Chudialanji, Po-Samantiapully, Via-
Near Radhakrishna Mathosahi, PS-Jarada, Dist-Ganjam, Pin-
hia and intends to let out one part the above for “Office/Workshop“ ie

‘Knowing the same the 2" party approached the I* party ween
rent of the same for which the 1 party agreed with the following terms and
conditions for better understanding and to avoid future litigations:--
1) That, at the beginning of occupation the second party has paid an amount of
%10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands only) as security which shall be refunded
to the second party at the time of vacation without any chargeable Interest.
2) That, the monthly rent is a sum of 85, 000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)
- which shall be paid by the 2™ party within First week of every Succeeding
‘month.
3) That, the Electric charges shall be separately paid by the second party as per
‘own consumption.
4) That, the 2" Party shall have no right to sub — let the said floor to any other
third party without getting written permission from the first Party.
5) That, at least two mou.ths Prior Notice should be served on either of the Parties
in case of vacating matt arises in question.
6) That, the 2" Party is at no liberty to carry on apy illegal business or store any
objectionable/offensive iten.s inside the said shop.
7) That, the tenancy have been efiveted from 01.03.2023 to 28.02.2026 ive. for a
Period of 3 years. ,
