Dear Mr. Ng:

This is in response to your letter dated May 20, 2024, requesting the
assignment of PCpl Leonorico O. Donguines, Jr., badge number 307884, who is
currently assigned to the Lebak Municipal Police Station, Sultan Kudarat Police
Provincial Office, as your personal security escort.

Please be informed that Paragraph 1, sub-paragraph 3.b of the General


Guidelines of PNP Memorandum Circular No. 2019-006, dated February 22, 2019,
titled "Revised Guidelines and Procedures Governing the Availment of Protective
Security to Government Officials, Diplomats, and Private Individuals Authorized to be
Given Protection," states the following:

Regional and District Directors have the authority to assign Protective


Security Personnel (PSP) for a period of thirty (30) days, without extension or
renewal.

In line with this provision, PCpl Donguines, Jr. will be assigned as your
personal security escort for the specified thirty-day period. However, please note that
this assignment is temporary and subject to the threat level as assessed by the
Regional Intelligence Division (RID) of this PRO.

To ensure continued security, we recommend that you submit an official


request for permanent security personnel to the Office of the Regional Police
Security and Protection Unit (ORPSPU), which is the PNP unit designated for such
assignments.

Rest assured, we remain committed to supporting your security needs and


other matters of mutual concern.
