AND WHEREAS the Hon’ble Court has passed an order to release the above
said document on supardari for a sum of Rs. _________/- to the applicant/
Superdar.

WHEREAS I the above named superdar hereby bind myself to produce the
related document/Vehicle mentioned above before the concerned court or
concerned SHO/IO of PS Dwarka North as and when directed to do so.

WHEREAS I the above named superdar undertakes not to transfer, and

disposed off the above said documents/Vehicle without the permission of this
Hon’ble Court.

WHEREAS I further undertake to liable myself to pay a sum of Rs.
