Nowadays, stress is a common problem in modern life.

Stress is a basic thing in everyday life and there is


no way to escape. Stress defines when the body did not give any specific reaction. I suppose, there are
three main causes of stress in society today: money, health, and tests.

The first cause is money. As we all know, money plays an important role in our life. People have to
work hard from dawn to dusk to earn money. Besides, there are a lot of things they have to pay every
month such as utility bill, internet bill, meals, etc. This makes their lives extremely stressful and
exhausting Ihich adverselv affects their health.

the second cause is Health. Health problems can cause stress in both children and adults. Worries
about getting well again, paying for medical expenses, or facing a serious or chronic illness can all cause
stress. But reality has shown that the more stressed you are, the less your disease will progress.
Therefore, if you are already sick, you must stay optimistic and relaxed.

Tests are the third cause of stress. People who are stressed for this reason are usually students. When
the exams come, they have to stay up late to learn a huge amount of knowledge. The pressure of scores
on cach exam not only makes students extremely tired and stressed but also negatively afects their
health.

There are three main causes of stress in life that most people encounter. However, getting rid of
stress is not easy. Instead of feeling worried about those things, people should think more positively and
happily. This is said to be an effective way to reduce stress and lead a happy life.
