ABSTRACT
The present study was conducted to investigate Enhancing the computer learning by using
computer lab at the elementary level. Students participated in classroom and computer lab
activities. Analysis of student data (including student surveys) throughout five units
indicated that the computer lab was a beneficial tool, benefiting some students more than
others. Some of the students' favorite lab-based activities. Favorite classroom activities
included flashcards and games. Most students felt that having an instructor present in the
computer lab increased their learning potential. In this research quantitative research
method was used. The research was conducted through classroom to describe A study on
enhancing the computer learning by using comuter lab among the students of elementary
level in Govt Girls high school Bagh. The target sample of the study was fifteen (15)
students. Data was collected by personal visit in selected school. Pre and post- test are
used as a tool for data collection when data was collected then analyzed it and gave

Introduction:
With the increasing importance of technology in our daily lives, it has become
essential for elementary school students to develop computer literacy skills from an early
age. Computer labs in elementary schools provide an environment where students can
engage in hands-on learning activities to enhance their computer skills. This literature

Actually Pre-Test and Post-Test is one of the popular kind of experimental design.
In this design the same group is Pre-tested and afterward treatment variable is introduced.
The difference of the Pre-test and Post-test indicate whether there is any problem
The teacher may carry out the action research to identify the problems as well as
take Remedial measure based on the dimension of the problems. For this, a well-

organized and definite plan of operation with feedback is essential. So through the Pre-
Test and Post-Test a sample can be made for the root cause of the problem.

I am administered a test of 15 marks to find out the mistake of the students and to
Students are taught according to the lesson plan and they are given the same
lesson questions for the Pre-Test and are asked to submit their answer script on the spot.
Among the 26 students, only 15 students were chosen who were quite poor in

Analysis, refers to breaking a whole into its separate components for individual
examination. Data analysis is a process for obtaining raw data and converting it into
theories. After the data collection, data analysis and interpretation is the most important
A research must proceed with the appropriate method of data analysis to find out
the inherent meaning and significance of raw data. This is essential for a scientific study
and for ensuring that we have all relevant data for making contemplated comparison and

First of all I took pre test to check students performance, in result of pre test
students performance was not good.. Their performance was not satisfiable then I use
some strategies to improve the learning of computer. Use different strategies to Enhance
students learning after using computer lab strategies and remedial measure I took post test
The result of post test shows that students improved their vocabulary they show

9. Finding and conclusions
From the data analysis I have come to the following conclusions; these are:
the teacher.
• From this study I founded that most of the students said that computer class is
• 76% of the students remarked that they are facing problems while doing
computer class.
• some students also opined that teachers do not check their computer practice
properly.
• 81% of students remarked that they are not given suggestion to study other
• some students also opined that extra classes are not taken by the teachers for
• it has been observed that mostly students does not take interest during lecture
• It has been observed that using activity method, strategies and techniques of
teaching by the teacher while teaching that develops students attention as well
as interest in learning.
10.2 Conclusion
After taking post test, I concluded that students take interest in lab activity and
their learning is also improved by using this new techniques and strategies.
