the business. Then make separate lists of the personal skills and the
financial resources that you might bring to your new venture. How much
capital and what personal skills will be needed beyond those you already
have?
 The financial resources: can borrow from relatives or friends. If it's not
enough, the remaining amount will be mortgaged.
 Capital: fluctuates around 200 million VND:
- Premises: 20-30 million per month (one month deposit, half year
contract).
- Renovation: 50 million.
- Equipment: 20-30 million.
- Warehouse (importing and checking goods): 20 million.
- Employees (warehouse and sales): 20 million.
- Some miscellaneous expenses.
