CONTRACT AGREEMENT - DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

This Contract Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Sehatyaab (the "Company") and
Jawad Ahmad (the "Digital Marketing Officer") collectively referred to as the "Parties" for the
purpose of engaging the Digital Marketing Officer's services as a digital marketing expert.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
1.1 The Digital Marketing Officer shall be employed by the Company for a period of three (3)
months, commencing on [June, 09, 2023] and terminating on [Sept, 08, 2023], unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
1.2 The contract is subject to extension upon satisfactory performance as evaluated by the
Company.

POSITION AND DUTIES

2.1 The Digital Marketing Officer shall perform the following duties and responsibilities, but not
limited to:
a) Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Sehatyaab's nutritional
supplement products in the Pakistani market.
b) Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), search
engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, email marketing, and other relevant
channels.
c) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize
marketing efforts.
d) Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of
marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the Company.
e) Collaborate with the Company's marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall
marketing objectives.
f) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure
Sehatyaab's marketing activities remain competitive and effective.
COMPENSATION
3.1 The Digital Marketing Officer shall receive a monthly salary of Rs. 35,000 (Pakistan
Rupees), payable on a monthly basis.

CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1 The Digital Marketing Officer acknowledges that during the course of their employment, they
may have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to the Company. The
Digital Marketing Officer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any
confidential information to any third party, except as required by law or with the Company's prior
written consent.

TERMINATION
5.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party with
[number of days] days' notice.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice
for cause, including but not limited to breach of contract, misconduct, or violation of Company
policies.

GOVERNING LAW
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any
prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter
herein.

Please indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by signing below
and returning a copy to the Company. This Agreement shall become effective upon receipt of
the signed copy.
