Subject: Transfer of your employment to Aspire Group Services Pte. Ltd..

We refer to your current employment contract dated <<effective date of EA>> (“your Contract”) made
with <<A.F.T. SG Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Aspire Financial Technologies Pte. Ltd.)/Aspire FT Pte.
Ltd. (delete accordingly)>>. As part of a restructuring of roles and functions within the Aspire group of
companies, we require your employment to be transferred to our group company, Aspire Group
Services Pte. Ltd. with effect from 01 August, 2024 (the “Effective Date”). This transfer is being
carried out to better serve the business and operational needs of the Aspire group of companies, and
is in no manner a reflection of your performance or the performance of the Aspire group of
companies.

In this context, we, <<A.F.T. SG Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Aspire Financial Technologies Pte.
Ltd.)/Aspire FT Pte. Ltd. (delete accordingly)>> (“Transferor Company”) and Aspire Group Services
Pte. Ltd. (“Transferee Company”), confirm that:

1. you have the right to consult us as to the reasons for such transfer;
2. the original terms and conditions of your employment with the Transferor Company, as set out
in your Contract, shall be fully preserved under the Transferee Company, with no change to
your compensation or benefits;
3. there will be no break in your employment on account of your transfer from the Transferor
Company to the Transferee Company; and
4. the Transferee Company shall take over all of the Transferor Company’s rights, powers,
duties and liabilities in respect of your Contract.

Should you agree to the transfer: (i) you have the obligation to serve the Transferee Company in the
same manner as you did under your employment with the Transferor Company, and in accordance
with the terms of your Contract; and (ii) you agree that with effect from the Effective Date, references
in your Contract to <<A.F.T. SG Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Aspire Financial Technologies Pte.
Ltd.)/Aspire FT Pte. Ltd. (delete accordingly)>> shall be read as references to Aspire Group Services
Pte. Ltd. To indicate your acceptance of the transfer, please return a countersigned copy of this letter
by the Effective Date.

Please let us know if you have any questions you have regarding the transfer or if you disagree with
the terms of the transfer as set out above. We are available to discuss any concerns you may have. If
you do not agree to the transfer, you shall have the right to terminate your employment with notice in
accordance with your Contract. You may also refer disagreements to the Commissioner for Labour,
Singapore.
