• I Live in Muscat, which is the capital of Oman.

It has a population of 1267,390 people


. Muscat combines the past present . Where you Can See modern buildings and
ancient historical buildings .

• Muscat is one of the richest Cities in Oman because it has many Universities and
goverment institutions . There are also many historic buildings , for example AL Alam
Palace , Al - mirani fort , Al - Jalali Fort , Mutrah Soug , Mutrah corniche , Royal Opera
House Muscat , The National Museum , Bait Al-Zubair Museum , Qurm beach ,and
Sultan Qaloos Grand mosque. But Muscat also has shopping centres and Sty Lish
restaurant.

• The weather im Muscat is wet hot .winte is cold and summer are hot and dry.

• Muscat is famous for its diverse terrain . where you can see many mountains and
forms. where are many tourists practice the sport of hiking .Also, there are hot sprigs
used To irrigate farms and also, for bathing . In part of Muscat you can sit on the hill
of the golden Sands of Bausher as soft as the Sands of the arabian desert . It has a
famous for its food and has mang Local specialities Like Majboos also named Kabsa ,
this dish is rice mixed with Saffron cooked with spicy red or white ment . Shuwa is a
celebrarory Omani dish that is only prepared on special occasions like Eid . Mish kak
wich is grilled pieces of marinated meat , normally ckicken , mutton or beef on long
wooden Sticks . Halwa is a sticky , sweet gelatinous Omani food . They are delicious !

• What I love most about muscat is that we are so close to the sea. When I get tired of
city life, I can easily go out and enjoy the sea, and the waterfalls, which are only a
short distance away.
