Important Circular Regarding Offline Classes and Examination for Grades 1 to 12

Dear Parents,
Greetings from DPS Bangalore North!

Trust all of you are doing well.

As you are aware, the State Government has announced that schools may
reopen from grade 1 onwards for physical schooling from 31 January 2022.
Keeping in mind the learning gap and other aspects of child development,
we too wish to do the same. The school has gone a long way in making
necessary arrangements to start offline classes.
However, it would be logistically difficult to adapt a hybrid mode of learning and to provide
school transportation as very few parents have opted for offline classes.

Kindly note that classes for all grades for the remaining months of this
academic session (2021-22) will only be held in the online mode. Examination for
grades I to IX and XI will be administered online.

The new batch for grades IX, X and XII for the academic year 2022-2023,
scheduled to start on 09 March 2022, will be online till 13 April 2022.
Sahodaya Pre-Board Examination for classes X and XII will be held offline on the
school campus as communicated earlier. The Term 2 Board examination for grades
X and XII scheduled for the month of March/ April will be held as per CBSE
and State Government directives.
