1. Counter affidavit (page 941) has been filed placing before us
the fact that the respondent no.1 invited suggestions from all
concerned departments and proposing to enact a law covering 75
professionals.
2. In this regard, respondent no.1 has drafted an “Allied and
Healthcare Professional’s Central Council Bill, 2015” which takes
into consideration the suggestions made by the Indian Association
of Physiotherapists.
3. Let a status of this bill be placed before us on the next date
of hearing.

4. It would appear that if the law came to be enacted, the prayer
made in the writ petition would stand substantially satisfied.
