RESPONSIBILITES & AUTHORITIES
1. Responsible for proper processing of seafood as per given production schedule. 2. Responsible to run the production process as per provided work instructions for the material in hand to process and the type of final product 3. Responsible to see that all received raw material is in good condition and reports any defects or problem to production manager. 4. Responsible to see that all workers are properly wearing the personal protective equipment (PPEs). 5. Responsible to make sure that when anybody from outside is entering the processing hall is wearing the PPEs. Responsible to prevent the unnecessary access to the processing hall. 6. Responsible for lot # issuance to the graded raw materials. 7. Responsible to monitor that all workers are properly handling the raw materials and following the good practices of food safety and quality as per given standard guidelines.
