RESPONSIBILITES & AUTHORITIES
1) Responsible for the daily operations of food processing and production
2) Ensure food safety systems (HACCP, SSOP and GMP’S) and general workplace safety policies are followed in food processing and production. 3) Manage production orders and supplies, maintain par inventory levels and interface with suppliers to meet production schedules. 4) Oversee shipping and transportation operations including order fulfillment. 5) Oversee receiving and storage areas to maintain inventory control and meet regulatory food storage requirements. 6) Create a positive environment 7) Has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service 8) Has the ability and skills to check the incoming raw materials as per given standards. 9) Has the ability for documentation, paperwork and reporting. 10) To monitor and ensure that correct lot number and batch numbers are provide to the material at different processing stages. 11) To check the container before and after loading of goods for cleaning, maintenance and fumigation against provided checksheet.
