Bowes Letter
Bowes Letter
Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that, regrettably, I will be unable to
attend the TM National Assessment scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, June 22-23, 2024.
Unfortunately, I have encountered a prior commitment that I am unable to reschedule. Specifically,
I have a family emergency that requires my immediate attention and presence out of town on that
day. My family’s situation necessitates that I prioritize their well-being, and I hope you can
understand the urgency and importance of this matter.
I am fully committed to completing the assessment and would like to request information on the
process for rescheduling the test. Additionally, I kindly ask if it would be possible to be informed
at least two weeks ahead of any future assessment dates. This advance notice will help me ensure
that I can adequately prepare and make any necessary arrangements to avoid conflicts.
I apologize for any inconvenience my absence may cause and greatly appreciate your
understanding and assistance in this matter. Thank you for your consideration.
Yours sincerely,
ANALIZA T. LABORES-BOWES
