Flange Drillings
Flanges on duct mounted equipment
can be supplied with either the
Wozair standard pattern as shown
or alternatively any other drilling
pattern which has been specified i.e.
ISO15138, NF/AESS standards.

Equipment Finish
Wozair offer a range of surface finish
dependant on the base material and
type of equipment supplied:
Stainless Steel
Generally all Wozair products are
manufactured from stainless steel
with a 2B natural mill finish. Due to
the functional nature of high integrity
HVAC equipment aesthetic appearance
or an architectural finish is normally of
secondary concern
As standard Wozair damper casings
are acid pickled and passivated, with
plug welds mechanically polished
Grilles, Drum Louvres and Air Supply
Nozzles are mechanically polished on
the front face only to give a satin finish
Products for the Nuclear Industry
- Safechange filter housings and
Dampers are mechanically cleaned
in accordance with NF Procedures
and may be either acid pickled and
passivated or glass bead blasted
As an alternative stainless steel
equipment can be electropolished
Mild Steel
Depending on application the following
finishes can be specified:
Structural steel (Air Handling Unit
bases etc) and Damper Casings – hot
dip galvanised after manufacture to BS
EN 1461 or hot zinc sprayed.
Damper casings for high temperature
applications – hot zinc sprayed
Dampers and Safechange Filter
housings etc – 2 pack epoxy painted or
polyester powder coated
Aluminium Grilles
Wozair offer a polyester powder
coating colour RAL 9010 as standard
on aluminium grille products.
