STANDARD TERMS & CONDITION OF SALE

GENERAL
These Conditions govern all supplies of materials and components from Hydro Press Industries

PRICES
Price shall always be Ex-works, Coimbatore unless and otherwise agreed in written consent in our offer.

DUTIES & TAXES

GST @18% will applicable at the time of dispatch and if any other government levies at the time of
dispatch shall be charged extra.

DELIVERY
The delivery period will begin only after receipt of technically and commercial clear official purchase
order , receipt of advance and issue of our order acceptance. Delivery period will be mentioned in our
quotation and order acceptance .

PAYMENT TERMS
Shall be as mentioned in our quotation as duly agreed upon.

FREIGHT & INSURANCE

All our equipment delivery will be on Ex works basis exclusive of freight & Insurance unless and
otherwise specified and agreed in written consent in our quotation .

PACKING
The equipment’s shall be of our standard packing. Any non-standard or special packing requirements like
wooden box , pallets etc.. requested by Buyer will be provided by Hydro Press Industries at additional cost to
Buyer.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The attached techno-commercial document contains proprietary and confidential information and is
submitted under a request and confidential relationship for Design, Manufacture, Supply of Filter press and
its accessories . By accepting this document, the buyer agrees , not to disclose to third parties or use any
drawings, specifications, designs, process or information supplied by Hydro Press Industries, (referred to as
HPI) in any manner detrimental to the interest of HPI.

ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING

Erection and commissioning of our equipment will not be under our scope unless and until specified and
agreed by us in written consent in our offer or order acceptance . In all the cases where erection or
commissioning or both is in our scope , buyer to ensure readiness of site before our engineer ’s arrival by
completing the Pipeline ,Electrification and Foundation work as per our GA and P&I drawings issued to you.
Necessary skilled and semi skilled manpower, tools& tackles, power and water supply, crane facilities etc
..shall be provided to our engineer ’s requisites . If the stay calls beyond agreed number of days, service
charges will be imposed per man day . Buyer shall notify one week in advance to depute our engineer for
erection & commissioning support.

WARRANTY
The equipment shall be warranted against any manufacturing defects for a period of 18 months from the
date of our Invoice and 12 months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier. However, this is not
applicable for consumable spares and damages due to wrong handling, improper maintenance or due to
normal wear & tear. Warrantee is not applicable for electrical, electronic, bought out item, wear and tear
components/parts and rubber parts of all nature.

MATERIAL GUARANTEE
Hydro Press Industries shall not be liable for any consequential losses/damages such as loss of
production, cake moisture etc, since these factors are largely depends on the characteristics of the mother
liquid to be filtered.

INSPECTION
Hydro Press Industries equipment’s are subjected to stringent internal quality control tests and we
guarantee fault free performance. Inspection before dispatch by you are not envisaged to be necessary. If you
still feel inspection is a must and to be carried out at our premises, you can depute your engineers to carry out
inspection at our works before dispatch. If any third party inspection to be carried out, the charges towards
the same shall be borne by the buyer.

OFFER VALIDITY PERIOD

This offer is valid for One Month from its date. After expiry of this date, our offer shall be subject to
review and re negotiation.
