Description
Onion oleoresin green is obtained by solvent extraction of fresh bulbs of onion, Allium cepa L.
(family: Liliaceae) of Indian origin.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Yellowish brown oily liquid with strong aroma and flavour of onion. The product is oil
soluble.
