In partial fulfillment and completion of our Field Instruction II – Community Organizing, we the
fourth-year students of Bachelor in Science in Social Work program from St. Bridget College,
Batangas City, who are conducting our internship under the supervision of St. Mary Euphrasia
Integrated Development Inc. We are currently enrolled in a course that emphasizes community
engagement and understanding local dynamics. As part of our academic curriculum, we are
required to gather information and insights into the social, economic, and cultural aspects of
various communities.

In connection, we are writing to request your assistance in obtaining the community profile of
your barangay, Bagong Silangan for an educational initiative. Additionally, we would like to
seek your permission to allow us to have community engagement and carry-out some activities
in particular areas within your barangay.

We believe that obtaining the official community profile of your barangay will provide a
comprehensive background for us and enable them to make meaningful contributions to the
community.

We kindly request the following information for your community profiling:

1. Demographic data (population, age distribution, etc.)

2. Socioeconomic information (employment, income levels, etc.)
3. Health and education statistics
4. Existing community programs and services
5. Infrastructure and environmental data

To facilitate the process, we assure you that all information gathered will be handled with the
utmost confidentiality and will only be used for academic purposes.

We understand the importance of obtaining your permission for our students to conduct these
activities within the barangay. We assure you that the students will adhere to any guidelines or
restrictions set by the barangay, and their activities will be conducted respectfully and
responsibly.

Magandang araw sa ngalan ni Hesus, ang Mabuting Pastol!

Isa sa bahagi ng aming kinakailangang matapos para sa aming Field Instruction II – Community
Organizing, kami, ang mga mag-aaral ng Programang Bachelor in Science in Social Work mula
sa St. Bridget College, na nasa ika apat na taon mula sa lungsod ng Batangas, na
kasalukuyang nasa internship sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ng St. Mary Euphrasia Integrated
Development Inc.

Kami ay kasalukuyang naka-enroll sa isang kurso na naglalayong pahalagahan ang pakikilahok

sa komunidad at pag-unawa sa lokal na dynamics. Bilang bahagi ng aming akademikong
kurikulum, kami ay kinakailangang mangalap ng impormasyon at kaalaman ukol sa mga aspeto
ng lipunan, ekonomiya, at kultura ng iba't ibang komunidad.

Bilang koneksyon dito, nais naming humingi ng tulong sa inyo upang kumuha ng profile ng
inyong barangay, ang Bagong Silangan, para sa pang-edukasyon layunin. Bukod dito, nais din
naming humingi ng pahintulot upang payagan kaming makipag-ugnayan sa komunidad at
isagawa ang ilang aktibidad sa partikular na mga lugar sa inyong barangay.

Naniniwala kami na ang pagkuha ng opisyal na profile ng inyong barangay ay magbibigay ng

komprehensibong kaalaman sa amin at magpapamalas sa amin ng makabuluhang kontribusyon
sa komunidad.

Ang mga sumusunod na impormasyon sa ibaba ay ang mga kinakailangan para sa inyong
community profiling:

1. Demograpikong data (populasyon, distribusyon ng edad, atbp.)

2. Sosyo-ekonomikong impormasyon (empleyo, antas ng kita, atbp.)
3. Kalusugan at edukasyon na estadistika
4. Kasalukuyang programa at serbisyong pangkomunidad
5. Impormasyon tungkol sa imprastruktura at kalikasan

Upang mapadali ang proseso, nais naming tiyakin sa inyo na ang lahat ng impormasyong
makakalap ay ituturing ng lubos na kumpidensyal at gagamitin lamang para sa layuning
akademiko.
Naiintindihan namin ang kahalagahan ng pagkakaroon ng inyong pahintulot para sa aming mga
mag-aaral na isagawa ang mga aktibidad sa inyong barangay. Tiyak naming susundin ng mga
mag-aaral ang lahat ng mga gabay o alituntunin ng barangay, at ang aming mga gawain ay
isasagawa nang may paggalang at responsabilidad.
