1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2. NOTICE: Make sure that no fluids are present in the cylinder head bolt threaded bores.

NOTICE: Make sure that the component is correctly located on the locating dowels.

NOTE: Make sure that new bolts are installed.

NOTE: Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Torque:
Stage 1: 5 Nm (44 lb.in)
Stage 2: 10 Nm (89 lb.in)
Stage 3: 40 Nm (30 lb.ft)

3. Torque:

Stage 1: Loosen: 45°
Stage 2: 35 Nm (26 lb.ft)
2:
Stage 3: Loosen: 45°
Stage 4: 35 Nm (26 lb.ft)
3:
Stage 5: Loosen: 45°
Stage 6: 35 Nm (26 lb.ft)
4:
Stage 7: Loosen: 45°
Stage 8: 35 Nm (26 lb.ft)
5:
Stage 9: Loosen: 45°
Stage 10: 35 Nm (26 lb.ft)
6:
Stage 11: Loosen: 45°
Stage 12: 35 Nm (26 lb.ft)
7:
Stage 13: Loosen: 45°
Stage 14: 35 Nm (26 lb.ft)
