Terms & Conditions

1). Charder grants 18 months warranty for this product commencing from the date of purchase.

2). Within this warranty period, the manufacturer will rectify defects at its own discretion, either through

repair, replacement of defective parts or exchange.

3). The original user shall retain the Warranty Card with original proof of purchase (receipt) when require

servicing.

4). This Warranty does not cover parts and products of a consumable nature, or are subject to wear & tear.

5). The Warranty only applies if the date of purchase is confirmed by the dealer's stamp & signature on the

warranty card.

6). Warranty card must be posted within 7 days of purchase

This warranty is void on the following conditions

1). Any part or product therein are altered, adjusted, dropped, dismantled, handled or tampered in any way

whatsoever by any unauthorized personnel

2). Weighing scale & height measure instruments are damaged by accident, force, fire, lightning, flood,

mishandling and failure to follow enclosed user instructions.

3). This warranty card has been altered, defaced or not posted to the local distributor or dealer agent within

7 days from the date of original purchase.

# No other claims can be made under this warranty unless liability is legally mandatory. Claims against

the vendor arising out of the sales contract are not effected by this warranty.
