This is with reference to our first warning letter dated 17th December 2022, Ref. no.
570/12/2022 & second warning letter dated 20th December 2022, Ref. no. 593/12/2022.
Today we have received written confirmation from you that due to your personal issues you
do not wish to continue your employment with Infinx.

Please note as per company policy neither you have served one month notice period nor
completed all the exit formalities. Hence the company is considering you as absconding and
issuing this separation letter which is effective from 22nd December 2022.

Please ensure to submit all company properties viz. company ID, gate pass & company IT
assets or else we will be forced to take legal action against you with a fine of equivalent to all
company assets which is held by you.
