1 The Amount is payable To Shreejiautomart Pvt. Ltd. By Cash/Cheque/Drafts or by RTGS. HDFC BANK LTD (RTGS/IFSCODE-HDFC 0001705 A/C NO. 17052320000030)
2 PAN No. & Address Proof in original are necessary at the time of Booking.
3 Booking Cancellation Charges Of Rs. 5000/- Per Car Applicable And Refund Will Be Done Through A/C Payee Cheque after 7 Days.
4 PAN CARD, ADDRESS PROOF, Driving License & Photo is Required at the time of Delivery.
5 All Discounts Will Be Deducted From Insurance, RTO & Invoice Of The Car.
6 No Interest would be paid when cars are not readily available or when the customer cancels his/her booking.
7 CRTM Charges Rs.1500/- Per Car applicable.
8 Vehicle will be delivered after full payment & realization of Cheques.
9 Prices are subjet to change without prior notice & Discount will be Applicable at the time of Delivery.
10 Force Majeure Clause Would Be Applicable To All Deliveries.
11 RTO charges includes Registration fees, Smart cards fees, Agent fees, Incedental charges & No.Plate
