Objectives:

1. Increase the food truck’s sales and revenue by 10% in July 2022

Unique Selling Point:

The fast food truck chef is one of the famous chefs in Chicago who ventured out
to a food truck business, and the company will be the first food truck in the city
that will be serving veggie burgers and vegan pizzas.

About Us

Oasis Fast Food Truck is located at 8128 Old Street, Chicago, Illinois 60636. After
working in the food industry for ten years, the owners decided that they want to
venture on a food truck business to sell a wide range of food offerings of burgers,
pizza, tacos, and many more.

Products/Services & Pricing


The fast food truck will offer a wide range of food options to include burgers such
as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and veggie burgers; pizza such as pepperoni,
hawaiian, and vegan pizza; tacos; tortilla chips; and some cold beverages. The
prices range between $10 and $30.
Target Market

The food truck’s target market includes those who are working, shopping, or
passerby within a 15-mile radius. The food truck anticipates that the age bracket
of this target market will be 19- to 35-year-old working class who will be making
up 85% of the revenue.

Competition

The company’s competition will be the following:

1. Ellie’s Pizza
Ellie’s Pizza is a small food truck that has been specializing in pizza in the streets
of Chicago since 2019. It is very famous for their pizzas even if the portion sizes
are smaller and the price is expensive.

2. Akira’s Hamburgers
Akira’s hamburgers is one of the leading food trucks in Chicago that specializes
in making hamburgers since 2020. The only downside of their food menu is that
they do not sell any veggie burgers.
