Notice is hereby given that the State of Tennessee, pursuant

to Rule 3(c) of the Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure,

hereby appeals to the Court of Criminal Appeals from the order

suppressing the items seized based on the ruling of an illegal

arrest and illegal search incident to the arrest, the substantive

effect of which results in dismissing the indictment, heard on

August 17, 2015 and ruled on August 17, 2015 with the dismissal

of indictment occurring on August 17, 2015.
