 INTRODUCCIÓN

Actions and solutions are essential to face challenges and achieve the proposed
objectives, the ability to adapt to changes, increase innovation and promote a
collaborative environment are key aspects for success.

en donde hable sobre flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en el liderazgo y la
responsabilidad profesional. (Making decisions: zero, first and second conditional,
self-direction, flexibility, and adaptability in job contexts about leadership and

RTA: Adding my opinion, these skills allow leaders and collaborators to face
challenges and constant changes effectively, promoting innovation and growth. It is
important to promote an environment that values and encourages flexibility and
adaptability to achieve success in any work or academic environment.

• A partir de los aspectos de su experiencia laboral o académica, de manera

argumentada y creativa, de solución a la siguiente situación y conteste las
preguntas, utilizando expresiones para expresar ideas como “I think (that)”, “I
consider (that): “Think about an experience at work where you were flexible and
adapted to a new situation or a change in the process.”

What was the result of the experience?

At first I did not expect it, because I was going for another position, where I was
accustomed and had the experience. I consider that my abilities allow me to give
my best, given the circumstances and I consider myself that.

How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation?

I consider that the experience acquired in my roles as a logistics operator, having
been in different jobs in the company, facilitates my adaptability to any situation or
assigned duty.

Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?

I consider that i wouldn´t change something because my self-control and

disciplinehave helped me cope with those situations.

In the work or academic context, actions and solutions are super important to
summarize and highlight the key points of a topic or project, it is important to focus
on achievements, lessons learned and possible areas of improvement. Remember
that reflection and analysis are powerful tools for personal and professional growth.
