Bright Network strives to host inclusive,
accessible events for all members.
Additionally, we are conscious of our
environmental footprint and aim to make
our events as sustainable as possible.

Below is what we are implementing to make FESTIVAL

more inclusive and sustainable.

There will be a designated prayer room at the venue

located on the 4th floor. This can be found on the
venue map or please ask a Bright Network team
member and they can direct you to the room.

If you’re feeling anxious or need mental health support

on the day, we will have two Bright Network mental
health first aiders on site. Please let a Bright Network
team member know that you need to speak with the
mental health first aider and we will connect you
with them.

All speakers in sessions have been briefed to provide

an audio description as well as pronouns during their
introduction.

We have minimised the amount of paper that our

clients and ourselves use by adhering to a digital
first mentality through the utilisation of QR codes
and digital materials. Additionally, we have provided
suggestions to partners on sustainable giveaways for
the event.

Prioritising public transportation options to both

attendees and clients when travelling to the venue.

We are thrilled to offer this event as hybrid to increase

accessibility while decreasing our carbon footprint.
