Dear Mr. Jacobs

This letter confirms our receipt of your recent letter requesting to withdraw your application on behalf of
Ezra Ngechu Igwe to join K.F Istogu professional football club here in Kosovo.
On or about October 15, 2023. Mr. EZRA NGECHU IGWE (Mr. Igwe) represented by his agent
Mr. E.M Jacobs, Esq (Agent Jacobs) applied to join K.F Istogu (The club) as a professional football
player in the position of a winger. In your applications (Doc:01) Mr. Igwe also applied for letter of
invitation for football Trials and a travelling visa to enable him travel from Nigeria to Kosovo. Pursuant
to the club's policies and FIFA regulations, the club requested for Mr. Igwe's professional football records
and details about Mr. Igwe's football experiences, which were to include his academy records, High
School or Secondary School football details, phone numbers and references, but not the list, his special
skills (videos). (Doc. 2)

On October 25, 2023 Agent Jacobs responded to the club's requests for more information by fowarding
to the club Mr. Igwe's detailed academy records, and references, phone numbers. Documents received
by the club included Mr. Igwe's medical and criminal background check (Doc. 2,3,4 and 5) Mr. Igwe's
personal and family records were also received by the club (Doc. 6,7). However, after due consideration
of his football records, the Club's Technical Staffs invited agent Jacobs for a pre – trials meeting with the
Head coach, Mr. Hysni Kabashi on December 10, 2023. The Head coach being aware of agent Jacobs as
a reputable FIFA agent, accepted the agents recommendation to invite Mr. Igwe for a trials. At the end of
the meeting the club unanimously decided that Mr. Igwe should be issued an invitation letter and
recommendation to issue a traveling Visa and a possible professional playing contract agreement, as the
club's date for new player’s trials were to commence in June 2024.Also discussed were the issue of no
Kosovo embassy or consulate in Nigeria, Agent Jacobs advised the panel that as an agent, he normally uses
Kosovo Consulate in Turkey in obtaining Visas for his Nigeria players to Kosovo.
On December 29, 2023, the club sent a sealed official request letter along with Mr. Igwe's invitation letter to
the consulate General of Kosovo in Istanbal, Turkey (Doc. V.9, V.10), urging the Consulate General to issue
Mr. Igwe's traveling Visa on arrival for one year period from May 20, 2024 through May 20, 2025.
On February 20, 2024 to the dismay of the Club, agent Jacob's acting on an instructions from Mr. Igwe
and his parents sent an email to the Club (Doc. 12) stating that Mr. Igwe is no longer interested in the
Clubs offer and that his agent should withdraw his application and refund his money paid to the club.

Having acknowledged Mr. Igwe’s payment to the club during his application to join the club, in accordance
with the Club policies and the FIFA Regulation, agent Jacob paid the following fees

1) Filing fees of €200.

2) Insurance and Notaries €350.
3) Administrative fees €250.
4) Visa processing fess €200.
Having acknowledged Mr. Igwe’s payment to the club during his application to join the club, in accordance

Therefore it is the club's position regrettably that by voluntarily withdrawing their applications and their
Visa request, Mr. Igwe or his agent waived their right to claim any entitlement to any refund of money
paid to the club in accordance with the club's policies and FIFA regulation. See Article 54 of the FIFA Statutes,
Art 22, Art 23, Par. 2, of the RSTP, the PSC.

It is further ordered that Mr. Igwe's letter withdraw is hereby granted without prejudice to the club or to any
staff of the club.

All documents relating to Mr. Igwe within the company of the club is hereby exppunged.
