This agreement is made effective as of June 24 2024 between PHINMA Cagayan De Oro
College, located at Max Suniel Street, Carmen Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental,
Philippines Nelvi Tumilap Cabonilas, residing at #397 Lower Aries St. Terryhills, Brgy.
Bulua Cagayan de Oro City and Ramel Cardelario Palma, residing #397 Lower Aries St.
Terryhills, Brgy. Bulua Cagayan de Oro City.

Internship Details:

Company Address: Punta Engaño Road, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu 6015 Mactan
Start Date: July 1st - October 25, 2024
End Date: November 1st - February 15,
Duration (hours/days/weeks) 1,400 hours

Purpose:

The purpose of this internship is to provide you with real-world exposure to the hospitality and
tourism industries, enhancing your understanding of industry practices and trends. Through this
experience, you will have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom
to practical situations, fostering personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

As a participant in the internship program, you are expected to:

● Fulfill the assigned duties and responsibilities to the best of your ability. ● Adhere

to the rules, regulations, and policies of the hosting company/organization.

● Maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information encountered during the


internship.

Parent/Guardian Involvement:

We encourage active involvement from parents/guardians throughout the internship period.


Provide support to the student, and ensure the student's punctuality and attendance. Review
and sign all necessary documents related to the internship. Your support and guidance will be
instrumental in ensuring a successful and enriching experience for the student. We kindly
request that you review and sign the attached internship agreement, acknowledging your
consent and support.
School Responsibilities:

The school provides the necessary guidance and support to ensure the success of the
internship program. Ensure that the internship meets the educational objectives set forth by the
school curriculum.

Compensation:

Please note that this internship is unpaid. The student will not receive any monetary
compensation for their participation in the program. However, the experience gained will be
invaluable in shaping your future academic and career pursuits.

Confidentiality:

We emphasize the importance of maintaining confidentiality regarding any proprietary or


sensitive information shared during the internship. All parties must respect the confidentiality
agreements in place with the hosting company/organization.

Compliance with laws:

The student agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations during the internship.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines

Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all
prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understand this agreement
and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
