Deadline 13/01/2024 Job Summary Coordination of the work of the project's field team in accordance with the approved project plan and monitoring the implementation of all project activities in accordance with the timed plan during the project life cycle. Support stakeholders with the details and reports of the project, problem solving and decision-making of the project in the field and maintaining the construction of a solid work relationship and cooperation between the project team, and other stakeholders associated with the project, and following up the completion of tasks by the field work team and competent dealing with the resources of the various resources through maintain and invest efficiently and effectively in order to improve the organization's reputation among donors in accordance with the approved policies and procedures. Key Assist the project manager in the management and supervising the coordinators / project officers (Education Coordinator - Capacity Responsibilities Building Programs – Livelihoods interventions) and field assistants in the targeted districts in terms of timed periodic work plans, periodic completion reports, coordination with the relevant authorities and participation in relevant meetings. Assist the project manager in the management and supervise the rehabilitation of the infrastructure of schools (technical assessment of the infrastructure and social protection - preparing the cost study - advertising for the tender - procedures of contracting with contractors - implementation – monitoring, accountability, and learning - evaluation of the end line of infrastructure and social protection) ). (Construction, WASH facilities, educational supplies, school furniture, etc.) in the targeted district. Assist the project manager in the management and supervise the distribution of educational materials and school supplies for teachers and students in the targeted district. Assist the project manager in the management and supervise training and building the capabilities of teachers in the targeted schools (( preparation of methodology and manuals - approval - selecting the lists of targeted ToT - implementing training trained training vehicles - choosing the lists of teachers targeted to train teachers - implementing teachers training courses - methodology evaluation) ). (Training courses on the civilized teacher program that will include education in emergency situations, gender observance, psychological and social support, in addition to teaching methods, rapid learning, active learning, and thinking skills) in the targeted directorate. Assist the project manager in the administration and supervise the disbursement of the conditional allowances with performance (participating in training - commitment to training) for teachers. (The statements of the participants in the courses - the permits of working hours) in the targeted directorate. Assist the project manager in the administration and field supervision in assessing the levels of students and schools and their performance and in the stages of completing these assessments in the targeted directorate. Helping the project manager in the administration and supervise the provision of psychological psychological support to students. ((Providing social psychological support bags - preparing group programs for social psychological support - implementing group programs - impact - discovering psychological disorders and behavioral problems among students)) in the targeted directorate. Assist the project manager in the administration and supervise the provision of compensatory lessons for students who are late and leaks from education. ((The selection of targeted students from the late or leaks - selecting teachers to implement lessons - a tribal evaluation of the level of targeted students - implementation of lessons and follow -up - a distant evaluation of the level of targeted students - dues to teachers)). (Implementing compensatory lessons for students and rapid learning in a way that enhances children's motivation, especially those who missed school years, and they cannot start again because of the age difference, so they take a compensatory semester and speed up learning (the academic year according to the group is two years of study for these children) in the targeted directorate. Assist the project manager in the administration, supervising awareness programs for the targeted families, participating in the axis of reading and written illiteracy, and providing conditional aid in education. ((Determining the targeted families - providing awareness requirements - implementing awareness programs - following up on the targeted families with awareness - identifying families targeted with conditional aid - following up the targeted families with conditional aid - disbursement of conditional aid)) in the targeted directorate. Helping the project manager in management and supervising the formation of community committees and training them in the field of awareness of the targeted families of the importance of education for children and literacy (effects and results related to the education of their children - changing negative habits and reactions of these families - changing negative positions towards education) in the targeted directorate. Helping the project manager in the administration and supervise the formation of crisis and emergency management teams from workers in the planning departments of local departments, educational areas and schools and training them about (planning for educational services in emergency plans and alternative plans for educational services. Before, during, after the disaster, and others) in the directorate Helping the project manager in the administration and supervise the activation of mini -school organizations to play their roles (councils of parents and mothers - teachers councils - student councils) in the targeted directorate. Assist the project manager in the administration and supervise the training of school principals and the administrative staff on school administration. ((Preparing a methodology and evidence - their approval - selecting the lists of targets by training school principals and administrative crews - Implementing training courses for school principals and administrative crews - evaluation of the methodology)) in the targeted directorate. Helping the project manager in the administration and supervising the training of education officials (at the level of the directorate, the governorate and the ministry) with school principals and education workers, on the management of educational activities, planning, mobilization of resources, community participation, csc, CRC cards, etc.) in the targeted directorate. Assist the project manager in the administration and supervise the contracts with the contracting consultants to provide technical support and advice throughout the period of work with continuous evaluation and development regarding the component of livelihoods, and on control and follow -up operations to perform and accomplish consultants for the tasks entrusted to them in the targeted directorate. Helping the project manager in management and supervising the activities enhanced for economic empowerment in society, including preparing a guide or map of livelihoods in targeted societies - preparing studies on the market and targeted families - and organizing bazaars for marketing products - establishing the educational conference on economic empowerment and enhancing livelihoods in targeted societies In the targeted directorate. Assist the project manager in the administration and supervise the operations of identifying families targeted with livelihood activities, as well as the administration and supervision of the implementation of the activities of enabling families who are targeted from the opportunities for livelihoods. Documentation and archiving of all documents and project documents electronically and paper in the target directorate. Ensuring full and timely implementation of the project activities and achieving the project’s outputs and results according to the approved plan while respecting the final dates in the targeted directorate. Monitor the implementation of the various project activities to ensure the achievement of the project's goals and outputs in line with the action plan approved in the target directorate. Monitor contracts and maintain distinguished relations with partners implementing the project's activities successfully in the targeted directorate. Prediction of risks and work to reduce the project risks in the targeted directorate. Preparing the reports required by the administration and donors. Preparing chronic periodic work plans for the tasks specified above, raising and discussing them with the direct official. Preparing the periodic completion reports of the tasks set above, raising and discussing them with the direct official. Coordination with the relevant authorities related to the tasks set above under the supervision and technical support of the direct official. Participate in all meetings related to the tasks set above under the supervision and technical support of the direct official. Any tasks assigned to it by the direct official.
Qualifications • A university degree of no less than a bachelor’s degree in the field of
project management, business management, or any similar field. and • Experience in the field of project management in an organization that has Experiences external funded projects of no less than 5 years. • Knowledge in the field of working in local and international humanitarian organizations. • The ability to work in difficult conditions, and work under pressure. • Good communication and mastery of Arabic and English, conversation and writing. • Professionalism on all Microsoft Office programs.
