The 2-month paid TÜV SÜD Internship Programme is designed to put you through the paces of our diverse businesses.

You’ll gain first-hand experience of what a career at TÜV SÜD looks like while also taking part in a variety of real
working environment and professional skills workshops.

The internship experience will help build your business knowledge while sharpening your working skills and developing
valuable connections that will advance your career.

You’ll take ownership of your work along with enterprising colleagues and a manager, who will map out working
expectations, provide guidance and work closely with you on a post-programme review of your experience.

Interns who successfully complete the internship with outstanding performance will be considered for the TÜV SÜD
Executive Trainee Scheme, an opportuniy for 3-6 month paid working as Trainee Executive after fully graduation.

Requirements

• Full-time university students graduating in 2024 to 2025

• With no more than two years of full-time working experience
• Possess strong analytical thinking
• Deeply curious to learn new things
• Open to learning from experience and feedback
• Have the energy, passion and perseverance to obtain the best results
• Confident in reading documents and verbal communication in English

Working schedule

• Internship duration: 8 weeks (at least)

• Working time: Monday – Friday, 08.30AM – 05.30PM
• Working location: TÜV SÜD Vietnam office (Bohemia Saigon Building - Lot III-26, Street 19/5A, Tan Binh

Internship candidates Supervisor / Hiring Manager

Supervisor's Role

The internship supervisor should be an individual who will directly supervise the
work of the intern. The individual should also be considered a highly trained
professional in the skills the intern hopes to improve.

It is the supervisor's responsibility to help develop an internship work plan with

the student's learning objectives in mind. The supervisor should also schedule
regular meetings with the intern to discuss the intern's progress and any
difficulties they may be facing. In reality, hiring an intern can be fairly time
consuming and the supervisor should be prepared to spend ample time
working with the intern to provide additional training and guidance.

• Internships require the monthly review with the intern of the intern’s
internship journal.
• Internships also require all internship work supervisors to complete
an initial intern assessment form regarding the performance of the
intern.
