Part A : Exhibitor with Standard Package

Kindly state the Company Name as it should appear on fascia board (in Capital Letter and max. 30
characters only) :
* Please put "N/A" if you are Space Only exhibitor.

** The Organiser reserve the right to use company name mentioned in the Contract in case of not receive
this form within the stipulated deadline. Any cost occurred from amendment / alteration of Fascia Name on
site shall be borne by exhibitor.
Specifications :

A) Back and side walls : 2.5m high, white laminated 3mm thick plywood panels joined by aluminium
sections. Each panel is 1.0m wide.

B) Corner stands : Stands will be open sided on both frontages unless varied by prior written agreement
from the Organiser.

C) Carpet : Blue colour

D) Fascia: 30.5 cm with Exhibitor’s name and stand number in white lettering on blue background.

E) Lighting and Electrics: Fluorescent tube mounted behind fascia in accordance with the table below.

F) Furniture: The table below shows the furniture / stand fittings that are provided with your Shell
Scheme. Exhibitors can option to have part or all of the items listed. These items are not interchangeable.

*** Note: The Standard equipment package (include furniture and electricity) is only applied for Standard
Booth which height is not over 2.5mH. When exhibitors change the standard booth’s structure, this package
will not be able to use.

Part B : Exhibitor with Special Design booth

The exhibitor who engages their own contractor to build and upgrade the booth, agrees to abide to all the
rules and regulations stipulated by the official contractor (Pico):

Deposit Fee (refundable): 500,000 VND / sqm based on the contracted space

The deposit fee will be paid to the official contractor - Pico, will be collected and refunded by bank transfer
within 10 working days. After the exhibition ends, the exhibitor needs to send a refund agreement with the
deposit note.
Contractor Badge: 50,000 VND / badge

We will engage the service of the following contractor for erection, installation and dismantling of our Space
Only stand:

Note : Exhibitor with Space Only package - Please Read The Rules And Regulations Carefully (
Item No. B2 - B8 ). The Organiser reserves the right to stop any Exhibitor and / or their contractor from
working within the exhibition hall if their stand design / drawings are not approved or being constructed
differently from the approved one.
