Agency Accelerator’s 3 Components

Video Training - The video training is comprised of 6 core phases and some bonus
programs that come along with it. During the first week, you will get access to the

first three core phases and during the second week, you will get access to the last
three core phases. During the third week, you will unlock all of the bonus programs.

Coaching - Inside of Agency Accelerator, there will be 10-20 coaching calls per week.
These provide the opportunity to ask specific questions each week so come prepared
with those questions. Make sure you attend those regardless of whether you have a
question. You will learn a lot by listening to other students' questions being
answered. If you miss a coaching call, remember that all these calls will be recorded
and uploaded onto the platform for you to watch later.

Community - The community is hosted on Discord and will be the hub for all the
information you will need. Agency Accelorator’s internal coaches will be active in the
community providing you with extra guidance when you need it. Use the
community to build relationships with other agency owners and get support from
the internal team.

You should know a good amount about lots of things but you need to become
an expert at one thing. Build a personal brand and understand inbound client
acquisition methods.

There will be tough times but understand your situation. You are building a
business that will bring financial, time, and location freedom while helping
others build their dream businesses.

financial point of view but it only takes one client to kickstart your agency and
