JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

STATIC EQUIPMENTS:
 Also Heat medium Boilers in crude oil processing plant.
 Servicing and testing of safety valves in process and power plants.
 Working experience in U-Tube, Shell and tube and plate types such as cleaning,
Hydro jetting, Hydro Testing and plugging.
  Having Knowledge about welding pipes, storage tanks, vessels etc and also field
pipeline coating inspection & repair, non-destructive testing, leak surveys, valve
servicing and other pipeline remedial works.
 Having experience in DM plant.
 Having experience in changing of Diaphragms Valves in water, acid and caustic lines.
 Having experience in Cat ion, An ion, Mixer bed’s Resins filling and removing and
replacement of the damaged laterals and later nozzles, bed nozzles, resin etc.,
 Having maintenance experience in rousing of burners, dampers and valves.
 Having experience in Fin Fan Coolers.
 Having experience in overhead cranes and Hydraulic Racking machine.
 Having experience in CCV (Combined Check Valve)-Hydraulic Accumulator Valve).
 Co-operate with operation team to calibrate the metering prover.
 I have experience in Condition & Monitoring of the Equipments
 I have also good knowledge about P&I Diagram

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Carrying out Preventive and Break down maintenance of Rotating and static
equipments.
 Operational support services and troubleshooting machinery problems in case of
breakdown.
 Routine checking of all plant rotary and static equipment like pumps, compressor
and vessels
 Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
 Keep all work permit like Hot and Cold work permit doing the job for safe work.
 Maintaining equipment maintenance history.
 Involve job in field equipment maintenance and maintain good housekeeping.

FIRE & GAS EQUIPMENTS:

 Dry Chemical powder and CO2 Fire Water springler system, fusible plugs, deluge
valve, foam tank, fire & gas panel, automatic / manually release system, fire and gas
detectors, H2S & flare fuel gas system and water seal.

DIESEL ENGINE:
 Carry out the Corrective & Breakdown maintenance.
 Having experience in removing, cleaning & replacing lube oil filters, fuel filters,
suction air filters.
 Attend the troubleshooting as per the manufacturer Manual.
SAFETY DEVICES:
 H2S Safety, Fire safety, using crow can gas tester (CH4, H2S), fire Extinguisher
(Foam, DCP & CO;) using in fire classification, fusible plug operation, and deluge
valve operation, firewater pump operation. Breathing Apparatus, Safety Jacket, and
Gas detector. Smoke detector, heat detector operation, H2S deduction, fixed
monitoring system, electronic monitors, and tube detector.

Heat Exchangers : Worked all type of exchangers (Floating head,

Fixed, U tube) cleaning and hydro testing of tube
and shell sides and plugging of tubes.

VALVES : Servicing of all types of valves like gate, Globe,

Butterfly Ball, Plug, safety and cooling water flow
control valves.
VESSEL&COULMN : Servicing the trays,mallapck,van ladder and buffing
the rust.
