Business Description

EngBen Electronics and Hardware enterprise is a start-up business in Busia -Uganda Road

in Sokomjinga market. It is the goal of the business management to acquire local market

share in the Electronics industry through low price, a dominant selection of products and

services, and a competitive variety of services including supply of all medical related

products.

EngBen Elctronics and Hardware will be registered in Busia County. The business will be

owned by Benard Marube, currently a student at Rift Valley Technical Training Institute

pursuing a diploma course in Elctrical and Electronics Engineering (Instrumentation

Option).

Benard Marube is establishing this business as a growth-oriented endeavor in order to

supplement his stay after study, continue meeting people with similar interests, and to leave

a viable business to his future family.

EngBen Electronics and Hardware enterprise will be establishing its store in one of the

busiest section of Busia town -Uganda Road in Sokomjinga market. This street is well

known for its upscale residents and high-quality establishments. Our facility is 64 Arcade

8,000 square ft. Electronics and hardware store which allows the business to accommodate

a large number of clients.

Marketing

The good target market for the business is to serve customers which are individual

customers, institutions and commercial customers. For the business to retain customers and

have competitive advantage over its competitors, good public relations and at an affordable

production cost will be employed by the management of the business.

Organization Plan

The business owner will be the manager of business. This business organization and its

structural management will be supervisor of work towards a good achievement of

organization goals.

Production Plan

The business will offer quality electronics and accessories packaged to address emerging

issues through use of qualified personnel, quality products and best use goods efficient and

conventional tools and equipment regarding electrical and electronics engineering.

The enterprise will adopt cheap production process in which goods will be paid directly

from goods manufacturers and then distributed to customers to make a good profit.

Financial Plan

EngBen Electronics and Hardware Enterprise works on major objective is to make good

profit and therefore the owner will come up with a financial plan that would show the

assets, liabilities and capital of the business at a given time. The break even analysis in

financial plan will determine the level of sales at point where business is not profitable.

This enables the business to compare the current performance with previous years as

projected when the business commences.
